Incorporated in 2022, IDC Homes is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IDC (Italpinas Development Corporation), a publicly listed and multi-awarded company engaged in the design and development of green buildings in the Philippines. IDC Homes aims at providing accessible green housing for the Philippine market.

IDC Homes will offer extraordinary value. Its products will be offered at accessible price points, but without ever compromising world-class design, quality in construction, and innovation in planning and sustainability. IDC Homes is committed to exceeding customers’ expectations.

IDC Homes is aligned and ready to contribute to the country’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing Program, which aims to build six million housing units for Filipino families in six years by building 1 million housing units per year.

As it’s a maiden project, IDC Homes is set to launch Verona, located at Uptown Cagayan de Oro. Verona will be comprised of 2 phases and a total of 11 buildings in walk-up style. It will offer 654 residential units and 30 commercial spaces.

EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN AND CEO AT ITALPINAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Romolo Valentino Benedetto Nati, (born February 14, 1968) known as Romolo Nati or RVN, is a multi-awarded Italian architect and businessman with interest in sustainable development (energy and real estate).
He graduated “summa cum laude” in architecture at “La Sapienza” University of Rome and he holds an Executive MBA from Asian Institute of Management (AIM), an international management school established in partnership with Harvard Business School and considered as the best in terms of executive education in the Asia-Pacific region by Asiaweek magazine (a TIME publication).

He is the current Executive Chairman and CEO of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), a publicly listed Italian-Filipino real estate development firm that specializes in the design and development of sustainable buildings.
He is also the Vice Chairman of the Philippine renewable energy company Constellation Energy Corporation (CEC) that focuses on acquiring, financing and developing small to medium-scale renewable energy projects across the Philippines.

Atty. Jose Dayrit Leviste III

President

41 years old, Filipino, earned his degree in Law at the University of New South Wales in Australia and was Associate Attorney at Toda & Co. Commercial Lawyers in Australia.

Atty. Leviste also serves as the President of the Company’s sister company, Constellation Energy Corporation.

Rather than being only a legal advisor, Atty. Leviste is also in charge of strategic decisions for the company, such as acquisition of new properties and agreements with different partners.

Giuseppe Garofalo

Chief Operation Officer

34 years old, Italian, he is a Professional Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience in design, project management and sustainable real estate development.

As Chief Operating Officer at IDC, he is leading the execution of the multimillion-dollar project portfolio of the company throughout their lifecycle from pre-development, sales, construction and up to turn-over of the projects. In his previous role at IDC, he served as Director of Engineering, overseeing the design and construction of the company’s projects.

Gladys Ivy Echano

Senior Director for Sales Office

44 years old, Filipino, is a licensed Real Estate Broker who is responsible for the sales force management, sales accounts management, business development, market research, advertising and promotions, events organization and public relations representing IDC’s Primavera Sales Office in Cagayan de Oro.

She’s been with the company since September 2010 and she was a pioneering employee of IDC. She was also the Head of Operations from 2010 to 2012 and currently the senior Sales Director, which she’s holding since 2012.

She graduated with a degree in Business Management at Xavier University, Ateneo de Cagayan.

Mary Ann Lopez

VP for Finance

54 years old, Filipino, is a Certified Public Accountant who is responsible for taking the lead in continuously improving the company’s accounting and internal control systems and monitors the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures.

She exercises functional supervision over the finance and accounting units based at the Primavera Sales Office and Miramonti.
